Sales Executive, Mass Spectrometry
Job Description
Long-term recruitment.
Newly graduated, inexperienced PhDs are welcome.
The main responsibility is to promote and sell our existing mass spectrometry
services and to develop a detailed sales plan based on company goals. And
during the sales process, to understand what services the customer wants.
Qualifications

Ph.D. in drug analysis, biochemistry, and medical testing.

Engaged in liquid-phase mass spectrometry, gas-phase mass spectrometry,
and other related research.

No sales experience in other biopharmaceutical companies.

Willing to communicate, good at collecting customer problems, discovering
problems from the market, and able to handle the relationship between customers
and the company well.

Able to write experimental plans independently, and can quickly and effectively
solve the problems raised by customers.

Love sales work, be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, have a
certain ability to resist pressure, and adapt to long-term business trips.

Good oral and written communication skills, able to communicate business
fluently in English.
Responsibilities

According to the company's marketing direction, dig out potential customers
in the market and maintain the company's VIP customer base.

Conscientiously implement the company's sales plan, and timely feedback
on the situation according to the market situation.

Responsible for customer sales, responsible for the communication between
customers and the company, and providing customers with a full range of
consulting services.

Responsible for training employees in the department to master sales skills
and understand mass spectrometry-related knowledge.

Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
