Job Description

Newly graduated, inexperienced PhDs are welcome.

The main responsibility is to promote and sell our existing mass spectrometry services and to develop a detailed sales plan based on company goals. And during the sales process, to understand what services the customer wants.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in drug analysis, biochemistry, and medical testing.
  • Engaged in liquid-phase mass spectrometry, gas-phase mass spectrometry, and other related research.
  • No sales experience in other biopharmaceutical companies.
  • Willing to communicate, good at collecting customer problems, discovering problems from the market, and able to handle the relationship between customers and the company well.
  • Able to write experimental plans independently, and can quickly and effectively solve the problems raised by customers.
  • Love sales work, be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, have a certain ability to resist pressure, and adapt to long-term business trips.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, able to communicate business fluently in English.

Responsibilities

  • According to the company's marketing direction, dig out potential customers in the market and maintain the company's VIP customer base.
  • Conscientiously implement the company's sales plan, and timely feedback on the situation according to the market situation.
  • Responsible for customer sales, responsible for the communication between customers and the company, and providing customers with a full range of consulting services.
  • Responsible for training employees in the department to master sales skills and understand mass spectrometry-related knowledge.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
