Requirements for Samples

  • Customers can provide dry powder or solution samples with recommended sample content of 10-50 µg protein and antibody sample concentration of not less than 90%.
  • Please note that during sample preparation, do not use surfactants such as SDS, PEG, PPG, Tween, CHAPS, Triton, etc. Minimize the use of Tris, HEPES, PBS, MES, MOPS, etc.
  • If your experimental samples must use surfactants and highly concentrated salt solutions in the preparation process, please remove the above reagents before sending the samples or inform us in advance, we will pre-treat the samples afterward for analytical services.
  • Please provide detailed information for each sample, such as specific concentration, volume, preparation time, and source. (If there are groups, describe the group analysis information in detail.)
