As a leader in metabolomics analysis, Creative Proteomics guarantees to provide you with high detection sensitivity, high accuracy, and high specificity quantitative metabolite analysis service.
Quantitative metabolomics refers to a metabolomics method for absolute quantitative detection of certain metabolic pathways and certain or multiple endogenous small molecule metabolites. The basic principle is to select a specific sample pretreatment method, optimize the detection conditions of chromatography or mass spectrometry, and then optimize the detection of metabolites. The standard curve is established by using standard substances and isotopic internal standards, and the absolute quantitative detection of metabolites is carried out to ensure the high sensitivity, high accuracy, high specificity, and high reproducibility of the detection results, and to ensure that no metabolite information is lost.
Service Content of Quantitative Analysis of Metabolites
Before performing this analysis service, you need to inform us of your target molecule of interest. We will provide you with all the steps of the metabolomics analysis pipeline, such as sampling, extraction, chromatography, and MS analysis, optimized to capture the status of the specific target analyte you are studying. This service uses an internal isotope calibration method that will provide you with the highest sensitivity, selectivity, and accuracy results, but cannot provide any information other than those specifically requested. With advanced mass spectrometry facilities, our metabolite quantitative analysis service includes but is not limited to bile acids, amino acids, short-chain fatty acids, medium and long-chain fatty acids, nucleotides, reducing sugars, and more.

Requirements for Samples
- In addition to common cells, tissues, and blood, metabolomics analysis can also be performed on feces, body fluids, exosomes, and cell culture fluids.
- Blood samples should be larger than 0.2 mL, please add blood anticoagulant.
- For tissue samples, the sample should be greater than 200 mg.
- For protein samples, please ensure that the total amount of protein is greater than 20 µg, acceptable solutions, and lyophilized powders.
- For cell samples, the number of cells should be greater than 107.
- Immediately after sample collection, cryopreserve samples to quench any biological and/or abiotic chemical reactions. At the same time, customers are requested to provide as many biological sample replicates as possible.
- Please provide the specific concentration, volume, preparation time, and source of each sample. And inform the sample information as well as the control and experimental samples (if there is a group, describe the group information in detail.)
