Service Content of De Novo Peptides Sequencing

In this service, we have different ways of sample processing. For relatively short peptides, Creative Proteomics uses secondary fragmentation to obtain mass spectrometry raw data, and de novo sequencing to determine the theoretical sequence of the peptide. For long peptides with more than 30 amino acids, we will use different proteases to digest and identify the target peptides respectively. After obtaining fragmented peptide fragments, the peptide sequence will be compared and spliced, and then de novo determined by sequencing.

Requirements for Samples

  • We accept protein samples over 20 µg, both in solution and lyophilized powder. If it is a solution sample, the buffer does not contain detergents such as high salt and SDS.
  • Please provide the specific concentration, volume, preparation time, and source of each sample. And inform the sample information as well as the control and experimental samples (if there is a group, describe the group information in detail.)
