PhDs with 3 years of relevant work experience in mass spectrometry or omics analysis are welcome.

The main responsibility of the experimental scientist is to manage our mass spectrometry technology platform and mass spectrometry facilities and develop new application directions of mass spectrometry technology for the company according to market demand and the latest research and development progress.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or above in molecular biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, and other related majors.
  • With more than 3 years of research background in metabolomics, proteomics, and other fields using mass spectrometry technology.
  • Possess strong scientific research ability and have published professional papers in related fields.
  • Proficient in LC-MS, ICP-MS, SQ-ICP-MS, and other mass spectrometry techniques.
  • Good at communication, able to organize a large-scale experimental team to carry out work.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing one or more mass spectrometry service experimental lines.
  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of the laboratory's mass spectrometry facilities.
  • Work with technical experts to optimize or develop new mass spectrometry services or mass spectrometry detection processes.
  • Write standard mass spectrometry service experimental procedures, and provide professional technical training to employees.
  • Organize and carry out mass spectrometry-related knowledge and skills training.
  • It can conduct service lectures for university scientific research units, life science research enterprises, and individual customers.
