Project Manager, Mass Spectrometry

The main responsibility of the project manager is to manage our existing mass spectrometry service projects. Solving customer problems, undertaking mass spectrometry service solutions, and analyzing market needs and the need to find new service projects.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, and other related majors.
- Experience in operating and researching instruments such as LC-MS, GC-MS, and GC.
- Have good communication skills and be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with different functional departments.
- Possess a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, with a good sense of service and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to independently carry out laboratory work.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project progress management and management of the usage of each mass spectrometry facility.
- Responsible for coordinating and reviewing routine testing items and analysis results.
- Responsible for the normal operation of mass spectrometry equipment, reviewing and managing the experimental operation plan of employees.
- According to company requirements and market changes, make overall mission planning and competitor analysis.
- Responsible for answering questions about services from customers around the world.
- Responsible for checking the progress of service projects.
