Protein ID Identification of Immunoprecipitated Samples

Creative Proteomics is committed to providing professional, one-stop protein ID identification service for immunoprecipitated samples, providing technical support to teams and scholars engaged in proteomics research to advance their research progress.

Proteins are involved in the life activities of all organisms, and most of them interact with other proteins to play a role. In proteomic studies, in order to better identify the functional properties of intracellular proteins, researchers need to use immunoprecipitation techniques to precipitate target proteins out of solution. This technique enables the isolation or concentration of specific proteins or protein complexes from samples containing various proteins. The protein ID identification service of immunoprecipitation samples is to use LC-MS and other mass spectrometry methods to identify protein samples after immunoprecipitation, and provide basic data for protein interaction research in proteomics. Creative Proteomics promises to provide customized and professional protein ID identification services for immunoprecipitation samples according to the actual needs of customers, and to ensure continuous optimization of experimental parameters during the experiment to provide the most accurate experimental results.

Service Content of Protein ID Identification of Immunoprecipitated Samples

Mass Spectrometry Facilities and Projects

  • Thermo Scientific Q Exactive
  • Thermo Scientific LTQ-Orbitrap XL
  • Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS)

Requirements for Samples

  • For immunoprecipitated samples, you must run a 10% eluate on a gel, stain with Coomassie blue, and then run a western blot to detect the bait protein. Send us images of stained gels and western blots showing your bait protein and/or other positive controls. You can submit the remaining 90% of your samples only after submitting your gel and blot images and consulting with staff.
  • For statistically significant data analysis, we recommend running your experiments in at least triplicate and including appropriate controls. All sample tubes must be clearly marked and properly sealed. Please mention their details, including species names, etc., in the sample submission instructions.
  • Note that samples must be shipped with sufficient dry ice.

Our Advantages

  • We will issue a test report for you as quickly as possible.
  • Our experienced technical team can solve the problems in your experiments in a targeted manner.
  • High standard experimental operation and strict quality control ensure the authenticity and reliability of experimental data.
