Creative Proteomics has rich experience in quantitative proteomics analysis. With a mature
and advanced mass spectrometry platform, we can provide you with a one-stop
label-free proteomics analysis service from experimental consultation to
analysis reports to promote your research progress.
Label-free is a non-labeled protein quantification technology that does
not rely on isotope labeling. This method does not require the use of expensive
stable isotope labels as internal standards, and only requires analysis
of the resulting mass spectral data. The same peptide has the same ionization
efficiency during mass spectrometry analysis, and the area of the mass
spectrum peak directly represents the amount of the peptide. Therefore,
the relative quantitative information of the protein represented by the
peptide can be obtained directly by comparing the mass spectral peak areas
of the same peptide. Compared with labeling techniques, the advantage of
this technique is that it requires fewer samples and can be used for high-throughput
quantitative protein analysis.
Service Content of Label-Free Proteomics Analysis
With the advancement of technology, non-labeled proteome quantitative
technology has been widely used by researchers in many aspects such as
pathogenesis research, drug target research, disease marker research, and
special protein screening research. In the label-free proteomics analysis
service, Creative Proteomics can provide a personalized experimental plan,
and our professional technical team will connect you with the details of
the plan to help solve all project problems. We utilize the advanced mass
spectrometry platform and the characteristics of label-free detection,
which can identify and quantify more proteins, which is more suitable for
proteomic studies of large numbers of samples. We provide full-process
services from experimental consultation, protease, and extraction, mass
spectrometry, protein qualitative and quantitative to bioinformatics analysis.
Mass Spectrometry Facilities and Projects
-
Thermo Scientific™ Orbitrap Exploris™ 240 Mass Spectrometer
-
Thermo Scientific™ Orbitrap™ IQ-X™ Tribrid™ Mass Spectrometer
-
Thermo Scientific™ TSQ Fortis™ Plus Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer
Requirements for Samples
-
Please ensure that the total amount of protein is above 50 µg. If you
provide a co-IP sample, the protein requirement is around 2-5 µg.
-
Please note that normal tissue and cell lysis buffers are sufficient for
protein extraction and do not contain detergents (such as SDS).
-
Please provide the specific concentration, volume, preparation time, and
source of each sample. And inform the sample information as well as the
control and experimental samples (if there is a group, describe the group
information in detail.)
Deliverables
-
Experimental steps
-
Relevant mass spectrometry parameters
-
Details of the identified phosphorylation sites
-
Mass spectrometry images
-
Raw data
Our Advantages
-
Excellent robustness increases the reliability of data collection.
-
High-throughput analysis service, which can complete the relative quantification
of a large number of proteins at one time.
-
The experimental period is short, the experimental cost is low, and complex
and expensive isotope labeling is not required.
